This was the opposite. The kind of project where you work ten times more than it shows, navigating approvals, reporting, and institutional constraints at every step.
The Just Transition Program, coordinated by MIPE and funded by the European Union, is one of the largest economic transformation initiatives in Romania.

We developed a visual identity that is clear, stable, and easy to apply across a national rollout. No unnecessary gestures. Just structure, consistency, and enough flexibility to work across real-world applications.
The logo brings together people, communities, growth, and sustainability into a single, balanced symbol.
The color system stays grounded, with a deep institutional green and a more vibrant tone that signals transition and forward movement.
In projects like this, design is not about standing out.
It’s about making things work, everywhere.
We didn’t come out of it younger.
But definitely more mature.
